By accessing and using BuzzNeuron's services, including but not limited to UpKeep360, SpaceDeckIO, and our AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

BuzzNeuron provides the following services:

• SaaS Products: UpKeep360 (Contract Management System) and SpaceDeckIO (File Storage & Management)
• AMC Services: Website maintenance, digital services, and ongoing support
• Support Services: Technical support and customer service for our products

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute our software
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of BuzzNeuron and third parties

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• AMC services are billed according to the agreed contract terms
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuzzNeuron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our services. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
